Therapy where you need it.
SEA Therapy offers teletherapy for Indiana residents, making mental health support more convenient than ever. Whether you’re at home, at work, or on the go, connect with Stephanie Szabo, a licensed therapist, via a secure, confidential video session.
What is Teletherapy
Teletherapy is mental health counseling provided through secure video calls, allowing you to talk with a licensed therapist from the comfort and privacy of your own home. It’s a flexible, convenient way to get support — no commute, same quality care.

What to expect
Staring counseling can feel like a big step, but it’s really just a safe space to talk. Initially, you will fill out several forms and assessments, so Stephanie can better understand your situation. In your first session, your therapist will get to know you. You will build a trusting relationship and create a plan that fits your needs.

If you want an honest person then you need to see Stephanie with SEA Therapy! She keeps it real and doesn't surgar coat anything. She is open minded and will give you the tools you need to help you deal with your issues or help you be a better communicator. I've been to many therapist's but never felt as comfortable with any of them until I met Stephanie. My husband and I go to her as a couple and we also do individual. My oldest daughter goes to her as well. She is amazing and you need to try her out! Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

I am grateful for my counseling experience with Stephanie, who was able to create a safe and loving environment that allowed me to easily share my struggles and personal issues. Through counseling sessions, Stephanie was able to help me identify destructive co-dependent thought patterns, which were not allowing me to heal or move forward. Identifying the problem allowed Stephanie to educate me and provide me with the necessary tools to grow and break my destructive cycle. I am now able to identify the negative thoughts, replace them with positive thoughts and feel confident in my ability to make decisions that are best for ME. Thank, you Stephanie!

Stephanie has been a light for me in a dark season. In trying to overcome my issues with eating I was struggling with addictive patterns that I was having difficulty realizing on my own. Stephanie has provided a confidential space to share my story, recognize my addiction and provided strategies to help me through this journey of healing. I appreciate her ability to listen with a nonjudgemental tone. I feel like I have grown in understanding my disorder and how I got here. Stephanie has helped me see hope in my future.
